August 18, 2026 – Jeffer Mangels & Mitchell LLP (JMM) represented longtime client Evolution Physical Therapy & Fitness and True Sports Physical Therapy in their recent partnership with O2 Investment Partners, a Michigan-based private equity firm.
The JMM team was led by partners David Ma and Michael Steuch, with significant corporate support from Kourosh Azin and Zara Joshi. Ryan Nowicki and Noah Soofer advised on tax matters. The multidisciplinary team also included Marianne Martin, Nathan Shaw and Travis Gemoets.
The transaction brings together two leading providers of physical therapy, fitness, performance training and wellness services to form a new platform with more than 40 locations across California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Delaware. The platform will support the companies’ continued organic growth and strategic acquisition plans. Both companies will continue to be led by their existing management teams, which have retained significant ownership in the combined enterprise.
